About Commercial Plaza
Transforming the Shipping Dock
Development of this project began with a small building entrance redesign. The courtyard space in the back was an outdated patio space with dead trees and only used as a loading dock for shipments. Through the design process the team at ORO Design Group developed a plaza design that programmed and activated this space, giving life to this overlooked backdoor entrance.
I helped bring the vision to life by taking the designs and creating a 3D model with detail accurate renders. The renders along with the construction drawings were instrumental in accomplishing this successful plaza design. This projects sits in my list of highlights for its execution and attention to detail. This is where my skill set excels and how I bring value to projects.
